How do I clean my z becky brown handbag?

Use mild soap and water with a soft polishing cloth to clean your handbag. Never use glass cleaners or other harsh chemicals.

What is the size of the handbags?

The handbag is approximately 8 inches across the front, 6 inches tall, 4 ½ inches deep (Click here for a sample front/side template and here for a sample back template).

What are the “templates”?

Each handbag comes to you with a z becky brown design wallpaper. You can use this as a template or pattern as a measuring guide to properly size a custom design of your own. Instructions are on the reverse of the wallpaper.

Can the inserts be monogrammed?

Yes! All of our inserts can be monogrammed, however we do not recommend monogramming the reversible inserts.

What are your shipping charges?

Our shipping charges are calculated individually to your specific location.

What is your guarantee on your handbags and inserts?

z becky brown guarantees our handbags and inserts against workmanship and/or structural defects for one full year from date of purchase. We reserve the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence and/or normal wear and tear.

The z becky brown Promise and all guarantees are extended to the original owner only; transfer of this guarantee is prohibited. Upon exchange of ownership, our Promise and any guarantees are invalid.
